I need new carry rounds for my .17HMR shawty, any suggestions?
.22lr is the bare minimum for carry, you might be able to get away with .22 short.
.22 short compact guns are just too big and bulky, not to mention the recoil hurts my wrist.
I like my cricket guns
I feel where you're coming from. In a pinch a good hefty rubber band and a properly bent staple can get you out of a jam lickity split.
I've carried that way before myself, the only thing I don't like is that you are forced to carry DAO because of the fucking dumbass manufacturers.
, you MUST be female.
No, I just have the frame of one
If not for all of the lawsuits ... pussies whining about "you'll put an eye out with that thing"
is you a ladyboy?
stop the pissing match, let's not turn this into another .17 vs .22 vs .380 thread
Can we turn it into a "one is not worth carrying, the other is" type thread?
I prefer CBs in my carry weapon
Actually since 1 bullet can be lethal, more than 1 round is not carrying. I just chamber a round and drop the mag. The gun stays lighter and it can still kill.
Carrying can often be overly cumbersome, and is seldom very comfortable. I just wear a smith and wesson tshirt, and a NRA cap. That should do plenty to scare off the unsavory characters.
Don't forget that if you have a CCW'er badge, you can stop criminal acts and intimidate BG's
You have that confused with a surefire flashlight, they blind, disorient and stun attackers. Its like having a phaser.
