    I have been running about three times a week a few hours before or after lifting. I have been running for about 45 min. (4 miles) moving from 5.0-6.5 moving up 5 miles every 10 min until I am at 6.5 mph. If I start running for 5-55 min. (5 miles) will it any difference what so ever?
