Cardio!!!

    I run about three days a week for 45 minutes. Tommarow I have to work from 8-5 (working on spring break blah!)which cuts into my reg. schedule of running in the morning before class and then lifting a few hours after. Is it ok to run tonight to make up for tommarow morning? Thanks.

    so what do you think could be harmful of doing cardio the night before than your usual morning routine?

    anyway answer to your question it's fine

    think about the big picture, don't focus so much on small shit

    I was just thinking that I should let me body get a day rest in between and by doing cardio the next day it might do something negative instead of positive....thanks.

    WTF is all I have to say. People nit pick way to much on their routines. Like he said look at the big picture.
