Cardio

    I've recently started doing a little cardio before hitting a BBJ class. I'm honestly surprised how much better I feel after sitting on a bike for about 20 minutes prior to a work out or jujutsu class

    I know you're supposed to keep your heart rate above a certain level, but what's a good time length to bike or jog prior to a good workout?

    Anyone have more success with switching it up in the same warmup/cardio routine? Bike, jog, and switch?

    prior? like 5 - 10 min just to warm up but all LISS and HIIT should be peformed after a workout or even on off days.

    I did a 10min run before working out today, felt good.
