Cardio

    I am going to start doing cardio 3 days a week along with hitting the weight like I have been. Is it best to do cardio pre or post workout?

    personally, either in a separate session (i.e. morning) or after

    I wouldnt be able to put my all into a lift if I did it before

    I usually do it pre-, if I tried to do it after weights, I wouldn't be able to breath.

    werd, i usually do cardio, and some mobillity stuff in an extra workout

    I tried it after and could barely breathe :rofl: Its especially bad after a leg day trying to run.

    I do it before, mainly because I have a limited time at the gym and I hate skipping a cardio scession.

    i usually make it a seperate workout but when i do it on days I lift I do it post.

    ever since i've upped the intensity in both my cardio and lift routines, i am drained to do one after the other so i have no choice but to seperate it

    if i still have fuel after an hour of exercise, either it be lifting weights or cardio, then I know i didn't push myself hard enough

    i do cardio in school and then lift after school..like 4hrs inbetween
