Cardio

    Is doing cardio 5 times a week too much? I have been doing that for the past month, and I was wondering (mostly because Im getting sick of it) if maybe doing it 3 times a week.

    BTW, I do the stairclimber for 20 minutes everyday, HIIT style. So It says I burn about 620 calories per secsion. Maybe I should just cut it donw to MWF? Give me your thaughts people.

    In my opinion I don't think it's too much, but I went from doing cardio 5 days a week to just 2 days a week. With those cardio days combined with my weight resistance training plus diet, i'm still able to lose weight and keep muscle. But that's just me, your body is different so going from 5 days, to 3 could work out fine.
