Cardio......

    Anyone find cardio before lifting weights has helped them increase their strength and size as oppossed to doing cardio after your workout.......

    no, kills my energy, I havent done cardio in almost 2 years now

    No... I find if I do cardio before I can't lift as much in the gym after.

    I have to run before working out or else I cant run worth a shit. I guess ive gotten used to running before I work out because seriously I dont feel any difference lifting wise whether i run before or after working out. So eh..
