Cardio while bulking?

    I'm curious as if running and doing a lot of cardio while bulking is detrimental to my gains. I started at 195 lbs. and I am eating right and am up to 217ish, however, I'm running 2 miles a day, four days a week, and lifting 5 days. Is running this much bad? :mamoru:

    Depends on how intense the workout is. If you're running those miles in 12 minutes, it will probably slow your bulking. If you're running them in 20+ minutes, you probably don't have much to worry about.

    the calories you burn can easily be made up by eating more food. However, I would think it can impact leg growth by not giving them adequate rest time for muscle repair & building.
