is there any point? ive been bulking for a while now, been up from 170 now at about 190, i used to do cardio 5times a week when i was boxing hardcore, but now since i am bulking i am not training at all, is there any point in doing cardio while bulking other than simply warming up?

You shouldn't even get out of your seat when you bulk! You don't want to burn too many calories!

If you need your legs for something like football, running isn't a bad idea to build them up for the new stresses of your added weight. Doing it to keep in decent aerobic shape isn't a bad idea either.
