Is there any kind of cardio you can do while having an ankle inury?
Swimming maybe? eh that might hurt it too actually.
HIIT, complexes with a barbell or dumbbell?
run on your hands, durr
man i've been trying to think of one, but it's definitely hard, i guess like TZ said swimming but it would have to be real light
