someone quote me if I'm wrong, but as long as your not doing HIIT post workout your fine. Keep it low intensity PWO. HIIT in the morning is ok.

30 minutes is a lot after lifting. I usually do 15-20 minutes.

are you cycling your carbs? On the days you dont work out you can do ellipitcal on an empty stomach...after workouts is good too.

If you want fat loss dont eat after training wait until after cardio.

I guess it depends on the person but if I do more than 20 minutes for a while I can't recover and I start feeling like shit

someone posted a study done which suggested that fat loss was not affected by the amount of food in your stomach :dunno:

agreed, depends on the amount of glycogen in your muscles and the intensity of the cardio as is related to ideal fuel used for that intensity. food in your stomach would take a while to replenish glycogen.

yeah but my personal experience tells me different. Same as 6 meals versus 3. I notice I get more lean, faster when I eat more frequently of course they are confounding factors here, but this is just what works for me.

i cant seem to break 150 without feeling light headed and like i am going to fall off the bike/elliptical. Was only recently able to break 1 mile in under 12 minutes without stopping on the elliptical so things are progressing slowly but i want faster.
