I do low-intensity cardio (135-140 hbpm) in the mornings for 40 mins, 5 days a week. And I lift weights 3 days a week. I know a lot of people skip cardio in the morning if they work their legs out the previous evening. What is the reason for this? and Is it recommended for me to do the same, or would it only make sense if I was doing high intensity cardio. I have ran before in the morning after working my legs out the previous night, and I haven't felt any different. I just wanna be sure that I am not prone to any leg injuries in the long term.
