    Anyone got any good cardio sites to help me learn proper cardio. im looking to add 20-30min after my workout of cardio and dont know shit about it. i read what people posted here about this subject and it just confused me more.

    bro, just do something to increase your heart rate. Don't buy into all that you need to do it a certain way bullshit. Run, ride a bike, anything just dont sit on your ass and you will be ok.

    So question, I started lifting about 3 weeks ago. About 4 weeks ago I ran 3 times. Each time, my times got better. About 2.2 miles each time. My third time out I was able to pretty much run the 2.2 miles without stopping. Then i got my gym membership, go 5 times a week. Beyond the raised heart rate of lifting, I do cardio for 20 minutes on average 4 times a week during the past 3 weeks. My cardio consists of the exercise bike and I would raise my heart rate to 150-160 bpm for the entire 20 minutes without stopping. Today I went back to run at my usual spot and I stopped more times during this run than I did during my first run 4 weeks ago. So what gives. how could I be doing cardio more often now, but unable to do running cardio as effective?
