What is the best thing you could take for cardio recovery?

I run, bike, play basketball and etc and am looking for something that will cut down on soreness and reduce recovery time.

I do cardio about 2 to 3 times a day and 5-6 days a week.

The cardio ranges from boxing, jogging, basketball, biking and so on.

I’ve read that creatine can increase endurance/recovery, but I’ve never really noticed anything from it.

creatine, glutamine, proper diet, foam roller, dynamic stretching after the cardio, contrast showers, hydrogen peroxide baths occasionally, hot tub, lots of rest

    Rest, stretching :dunno:

If you're doing a lot of high-intensity/high impact stuff, you may need to pay attention to your workout schedule and arrange your days in more of a hard/easy/hard pattern.

You really only need a rest day if you are doing extensive training as in a marathon. With normal play and cardio, you should not be getting sore like that unless you are out of shape.
