Cardio question

    I've been thinking about the best way to organize my cardio workouts. Given the support I've seen for HIT, I'm thinking of splitting my 3 cardio sessions per week into 1 HIIT, 1 treadmill, and 1 for another machine, which I am having a hard time deciding. What would be a good cardio workout for my 3rd session?

    BTW I am also doing a weight routine alongside of this.

    1 day, 20 min ellepitical, 20 min treadmill

    2 day 20 min recumbent bike, 20 min treadmill

    3 HIIT
