Cardio question? Any other help will be nice too.

    Well I've been cutting for the past few weeks. I have a scale i know it isn't accurate but i wanted to check how much im losing.

    Im around 16-17% BF

    I would love to drop to around 9-%10% BF

    The question is i usually do weights 3x a week and 3x 35min cardio in the morning. Would it be bad to add 15min of HIIT at night on those day i do cardio? Am i overdoing it by adding this to it?

    Yes my diet is in check.

    Stats
    5'7 185 24.5

    New Stats
    5'7 167 16%

    yes i know people will tell me i should have kept on bulking but im not into getting big. I would like to be around 180ish 9-10%bf

    Don't do the HIIT at night after doing regular cardio and weight training. Bump up the regular to 45minutes and do it 5 days a week.

    the 35min was in the morning and the HIIT would be at night that day.

    Since your goal was to lower your bodyft... 24.5 to 16 is pretty good.

    Do you do the weights first thing in the morning as well?
    If not... I agree with Neo.

    so the best thing would be 3x weights in the morning. 5 days of 45min cardio?

    Or just increase the 3 days of cardio to 45 min for now and cut calories a little more. I assume you're asking because you've plateaued (sp)??
