Cardio, oh yes oh yes!

    Ok, so i am starting to do a lil cardio.

    Short & Sweet....

    1. I weight lift mon, wed, fri.
    2. I do cardio every day after lifting, and on off days.
    3. Is this over training? or over kill?

    Should i just be doing cardio on off days?

    It seems like a little too much to me. If you are only lifting 3 days a week, I would do cardio the other 4 days.

    So just do cardio on non-lifting days.

    Is it bad to add 15-20min of cardio after a workout everday?

    thats what i do, i do my weights then cardio for 20-30mins afterwards
