cardio nutrition

    im planning on starting cardio in my off days but i was wondering what i should ingest before and after doing so. ive read about taking a protien shake, only protien no carbs, before running, but what about after? do i eat right after, a few hours, not at all, or do i ingest another protien shake?

    Eat your normal before workout meal(whole foods). After the workout WAIT at least 30 minutes before ingesting any protein or carbs.
