I went to the Sports Medicine Doctor today. He told me I hav tendonitis on my left shoulder and right bicep. :wtc: I have to do 4 weeks of physical therapy and if doesnt improve then Ill get MRI's for possible surgery. HE said to stay away from lifting(upper body) but should do cardio.

What cardio you guys suggest? Running, cycling, etc:dunno:

I need to cut fat in my mid section especially love handles:run:

    HIIT,

what works for me is they elliptical machine. I do a total of 35min.

I pick the interval program. jog on the lower settings for 2min then when the higher kicks in I run my ass off to the point of almost falling off the machine. Then Jog again and over and over.

It's a work out but the 30min fly by because your in the "zone" instead of doing somthing constent. Adjust your diet, lower you carb intake slightly and keep the protein up as high as you can with little fat.

Do abbs to before you run.

That would be great but if he had issues like he claims then even racking the weight would not help him heal.

Even gripping the handles while doing leg press, ext, curls is enough stress why risk even more injury. Unless I'm the only asshole here that holds on the handle for dear life when moving weight around.

I find the more aerobicly fit I am the more weight I can move and have less rest time between sets. I do HIIT x3s a week and weights x3s a week. So I agree with you...

so about 3200cals to stay at that weight. Less to cut more to bulk. I would say keep you carbs and fat incheck and eat as much protein as you like. Just make sure you eat enough not to burn muscle.
