    So I was making a few new playlist to run/cardio to. I am geting worn out on all the crap I have now. I usually listen to a lot of Benny Benassi.

    What do you guys listen to?

    mostly rap but I need something else for my groove son, trying to figure out what works best while I do it without thinking about actually doing it :o

    I listen to Grind On Me by Pretty Ricky when I get my cardio on. Sometimes I switch it up with some Kelly Clarkson.

    I can't cardio to the same shit everyday, I usually pick a few songs out everytime before I run.

    Anything song that I love that's upbeat :hsd:

    I hate running to drum n bass, it gets boring. The chorus of reglar music always gets me sprinting :coold:

    DEMF (Detroit Electronic Music Festival) is commin up and I couldn't be more exited. Hopefully there will be a good D&B lineup this year.

    nice, just got 23 new vinyls delivered last night...i blow way too much money on records, but fuck i love mixing

    there isn't a big scene for DnB in NY so I head down to DC every few weekends for shit

    Catacomb and Mayhem a few weeks ago were fucking insane

    Damn, I would have guessed NY had a scene for everything. Im goin down there in June after school ends with knucks. We were originaly going just for kicks but now I have an award I need to accept while over there...

    I'm surprised there isn't more of a base in NYC just basing it on total people.. DC does have a decent amount seeing as it's somewhat similar stuff like go go
