cardio in morning, lifting at night

    woke up at 11am, did cardio (20min treadmill/15min eliptical). im planning to go back after dinner (8pm), would this be a smart idea?
    if i do go, it'll be bicep/forearm day + more cardio at the end of the session.

    You should never lift nights after you do cardio in the morning. *Especially* never biceps & forearms. The epslidiac acid hasn't had time to settle down yet.
    If it were on a tues or wed tho, it would be ok.

    :werd: last time I didnt this I had cramps for days...I couldnt even lift the spoon to my mouth when eating my cinnamon toast crunch :wtc:

    would it be ok to go back and just go cardio again?


    my left chest is killing me. feels like something is squeezing it when i breathe in and stick my chest out:noes:
    my last chest workout was last week thursday and the pain started today around 3pm
