cardio heart rate and fat loss heart rate

    Jogging at a fast rate won't help me lose weight? Ive been doing this for a month with little results:wtc:

    a trainer told me i need to keep my heart rate at ~130 to lose fat and over 180 to help my cardio.

    This shit true? :wtc:

    if your diet sucks so do your gains... regardless of what else you are doing

    both will help you lose weight, but you have to have your diet under strict control.

    how often and how long are you doing cardio

    5/6 days a week.

    Doing low carb diet, eating 5 meals a day

    how many calories are u taking in? Your either taking in too many calories or too little calories. Most likely too little calories.

    U can try the HIIT training on the cardio. I've been doing that lately and it really takes the wind outta you

    Ceaze has posted that this is not good if you're doing low carb. I tend to believe him.

    Always push yourself to the highest possible maintainable heart rate, period.
