How much/often do you incorporate cardio into your workouts? I always run a high-intensity mile before I start my lifting, and run stairs about twice a month. Yes, I know I should do more. I'm looking to gain more strength and hopefully more muscle mass, so I'm not looking to get extremely cut by any means. I just want to increase my overall fitness level. Do you guys incorporate cardio before or after your lifts, or do any at all?

3 times per week I've started running a mile at the beginning of my workout.
Usually try to get around 1/2 hour (300 calories) total of some cardio five times per week.
If you are looking to gain strenght and more musclemass maybe do the mile also just 3 times per week,

I find I need the pre-cardio helps my energy levels as it gets me mentally prepared for my lift, as well as my heart rate going. As far as losing energy on the lifts, I can understand that if I was running for longer at a higher-intensity. My pre-workout run usually lasts only 6-7 minutes. I wonder if I should start doing a post-workout run, too?
