Cardio, do you do it?

    If so, how much?

    I used to do 30 minutes 4-5 days a week. Now that I've reached my goal (180lbs, down from 260) I only do about 15 minutes 4-5days a week.

    I was going 1 hr per day, 4-5x per week. I got down to 179 from 192. Now I'm doing about 15 minutes of HIIT before my lifting routine.

    20 or so minutes on the treadmill after every workout if i have time to spare.

    I am trying to get back into cardio. I currently run 2.5 miles on the tread mill and I try for every day. I would like to be able to run 3 in under 20 minutes by Spring.

    cardio bores the shit out of me. My add doesn't allow me to stay on the treadmill for very long ...

    6'3" 250lbs I'm guessing about 14%, did one of those electronic ones where you grab the handles at the gym and it came up 14.2% but it says there's a +/- error of 2% :dunno:
