    i actually just started doing cardo for the first time ever last week :o

    for now, 30 minutes, 3-4 times per week, 120-140 heart rate.
    might bump up the time if necessary for the last couple weeks of my cut.

    not many people lift on here. mostly light cardio 2x a week and push up/sit up routines

    I started my cutting doing as much cardio as I could handle (I was in awful shape), but ended up handling about 75 min a day, 6 days a week. Everyone here told me to cut it down, and now I'm doing higher resistance, less time..

    Burning about 500 cal a day via cardio...

    I swim for a solid two hours, team. In the winter (Oct. - Early March) I do it Mon. - Sat. These sets are usuallt 50's at .45 x by whatever stoke/ yard match

    In the spring I do it four times a week. A less rigorous program. I work on my abs to improve my butterfly, but that is it.

    I just started cardio about 3-4 weeks, so I am working up. I get out about 20 minutes and do around 2 miles, as I have to stop and walk for a few minutes in the middle. I am planning to run 5k's at the end of the summer and a half marathon next year.

    I dont lift right now, but this summer I am getting back into lifting.


    Edit: Fuck it, tomorrow I am going to start running for 20 minutes in the morn then 20 at night.

    i drag the sled twice a week

    1st day for strength, adding plates each trip
    2nd day, 20 minutes nonstop with 1 plate

    I play about 2 hours of basketball (3 or 4 pick up games) 3 or 4 times a week. It's enough for my shirt to be almost completely soaked. I used to do other shit, but the bottom line is cardio isn't any good for me if I don't do it. Any cardio that isn't a fun competitive sport only holds my attention for a couple weeks before I start getting lazy about it and eventually stop completely.

    I used to lift after playing, but now I lift on the days I just shoot hoops or only play one game (or days I decide not to play, but I usually can't resist the temptation to at least shoop hoops everytime I'm there) so that I'm not tired when before I start lifting.

    i'm trying to do more... i'd say i do at least 15 minutes/day, at least 5 days/week... usually, on a few days, i'll do more

    I run 3-6miles 2-3x a week depending on the weather and how my legs feel.
