What do you guys think about cardio after lifting? I feel better doing cardio and abs together for the reason that I'm scared of eating up muscle after a hard work out. Especially after going hard at any leg muscles.

I squatted heavy 6 sets, did four sets of barbell lunges, four sets of leg extensions and then 4 sets of stiff legged deadlifts and four of leg curls today. Think it'd be detrimental to go out and get some cardio (playing basketball) for like 30 minutes in a few hours? Not more time because of muscle loss, obviously...

I like to do 10-12 mins of light cardio + workout + then full 35 minutes of cardio. Seems to be worknig for me, except on leg days lol

you should probably be in a wheelchair for the next day or so; don't want any muscle loss due to walking :coolugh:

I like it for cutting, wouldn't do it if I were bulking though.

I separate cardio and lifting into separate sessions, makes focusing on one easier.

If I was bulking I'd want to get calories after lifting ideally.

    Realistically I wouldn't give a shit.

I like putting in 10 minutes worth every day, burn an extra 120 calories.

Cardio on off days. I get too fucking hungry from my cutting diet to do cardio after I lift.

I tend to do 10-15 minutes at 130bpm before hand to get my body warmed up.
