    When cutting think 50g is the maximum i need to consume?.Or can i go around 100.5'8 and weight 125-130 lbs.130 percent body weight and i want to lower it as fast as i can.Work out around 1hrs 30 mins n 20 min cardio 3 times a week.1400-1800 calories agv a day.
