I always get confused about this - do you eat carbs before the workout or after it?
I think you eat complex carbs before, and simple carbs right after your workout.
if complex is low GI and simple is high GI then ya thats what I've read D:
Who gives a fuck eat them before and after if you need to.
I'm just saying if you're reeeeeally worried about high GI or simple and complex carbs, you're probably a faggot.

Many people shed fat solely by cutting back on simple carbs and/or replacing them with complex carbs.

I try to limit them thoughout the day, everyone knows that carbs make you fat
