    CarbonSeven Training Log-(need routine schedule help)

    Total fucking fail from first post back three years ago. So here I am again. This time no bullshit. Just need some direction. Guys I'm tired of being a fatass.

    Stats:
    Age:34
    240 pounds
    6'0"


    Diet:
    Low Carb. Not extreme but still low carb. Trying to stay under 1700 calories.

    Supplements:
    Multivitamin
    Omega 6 and 9 pills
    Magnesium and Potasium


    I need help creating a workout routine. Really bad. I feel lost at the gym. I can give six solid days for routine. Any help? I have a gym membership. I have p90x and p90x2. Insanity. And Xbox fitness evolved 2012.
