ok, so in one of my books i read you're supposed to have 30% of your daily carb intake 2 hours before your workout.

i know people will argue with that statement. but that's not my question. let's assume that to be true. does that count for liquid carbs as well?
if i have a ultra fuel (100g carbs). would i do it 2 hours before still?

    :dunno:

i think 2 hours is too long to wait...i like my preworkout to be ~30 minutes before my workout. :dunno:

i think it just depends on the type of carbs, some things get into the system faster than others. i believe rye bread is > wheat bread for a half hour before, & sugar free jam is good because it gets in right away). from what i read.

but my question is, does liquid carbs go in real quick too? last time i drank ultra fuel right before i got sickly.
