I'm dieting on ~2000 calories a day with around 200-220 grams of protein per day. In the cut diet book it talks about doing carb refeeds every 3rd day to keep the thyroid happy. I'm not following the cut diet, but it seems like an interesting idea to incorporate. Should I be having a refeed meal and, if so, how many grams of carbs should I be taking in for this meal? Would a carb refeed day be ~2500 calories as opposed to ~2000 calories? Thanks for any input.
