So I was wondering.. I know it is better to do this for breakfast and such.. but I heard you always want to eat within 45 minutes of working out..(I found this out AFTER i passed out at the gym HAHAHA) but are you supposed to eat more carbs at that time too?.. I mean a normal meal for breakfast would consist of: banana or quaker oats (1/2 cup oats with 1 cup skim milk) with frozen berries.. but that is usually when I do not have a banana 8oz cup of coffee with skim milk 2 pieces of 100% whole wheat toast 1 activia yogurt Then three hours later I will have like a healthy pop mini bag or something.. or carrots .. depending.. but 45 mins before a work out what is some better food choices to eat? More fiber? more carbs? Not entirely too sure. My workouts are in evening 645pm-7pm-ish.. Any help or input would be appreciated..
