car repair, cv boot/joint? shady shop??

    well i got one of the 2 replaced either the boot or the joint. the part description is a drive shaft front wheel. and the labor description is R&R left front axle shaft.

    this happened a year ago, and it is still under warranty, i dont know hardly anything about cars, so i am taking it to the shop again tomorrow. how can i be sure they fix my car and arent screwing me?

    I guess you know so little about cars you posted this in the detailing forum. If it isn't about making your car shine, this isn't the right place to post.

    OK, since it says they replaced the drive shaft, I would assume that means the joint. Most CV joint/shafts come with new boots.

    If they have to replace it again, ask to see the old part.
    Learn a little more about cars.
