I'm saving up to have a professional install done in my truck for my transplanted system (ugly box with amps and whatnot that was in the civic is in the back of my extended cab).

I was wondering if most install shops will still garauntee their work if they use "modified" equipment: I have a PC I built for my car that I want them to install in a professional manner, but the PC is by no means standard: I had to rebuild the powersupply into the power inverter to save space, and I have modified/extended a lot of the cables in the PC's system. Do you think that an install shop would still garauntee their work, even when dealing with non-standard equipment?

might garuntee THIER work, but if it is something you modified, they probably wont cover it. :dunno:
