GUN CAR-15 gas rings replacement? How hard?

    I bent one of the rings while cleaning my rifle, and now it wont allow the bolt assembly to be put back together. I am just going to replace all three of the rings, and I was wondering how hard it was. If its really delicate, I will just take it to the local shop and have him do it. He works on all the weapons for LAPD SWAT, so I think he is trustworthy. :)

    It isn't hard to do, but one thing I may suggest is getting a one piece coiled gas ring. This way, you never have to worry about your 3 rings lining up and giving you the gap which will lead to cycling problems.
