So my Captain of Crush grippers arrived yesterday and I bought the Trainer, #1, and #2. I can get the #2 about half way closed, I can close the #1 with my right hand once but not my left hand. So i'm doing the Trainer now, doing 3 sets of 5. Do you guys do it with the spring facing up or down? The packaging says they recommend it facing up, but I can't get ANY leverage at all that way, so I do it facing down.
