Capsules/Pills vs. Powders - Does it matter?

    Ive always wondered about this. What are your thoughts?

    Ive read a few times that supplements in capsule form is better for absorption/bio-availability once ingested.

    So should I be taking anything I can in pill form...ie creatine/bcaa/NO etc...

    You can make your own caps by putting powder in them, so i don't see why that would be any different. pressed pills might break down slower but i don't know

    Personal preference, Id rather drink the nastiest tasting supplement than take a handful of pills.

    Some companies, like ours, add ingredients to the capsules/caplets to increase uptake. So you end up with higher blood levels of a particular supp. With do it yourself you wouldn't do that.

    CEE powder makes me gag, i'd rather tag it in pill form
