Just wondering if applying capsaicin/topical fat-loss cremes to the abdomen/back area during a bulk would help keep fat off of those areas?

    I guess it's just wishful thinking. :o

Stuff like that only works when you are really low on bodyfat while getting ready for a bb show.

so say that i can see my abdominal veins on the side, but there is a little bit of fat over my lower two abs.. i have a 4 pack per say, the bottom 2 are just a little covered, would the capsaicin be a permanent burn for this? or is the cap just temporary

just rub capsaicin all over and then take a shower. you can feel the fat burn

in all seriousness i remember reading some study that rats were 9% leaner over their lives when they had big dosages of capsaicin. theory is that it translates to humans I guess?

think capsaicin burns the nerve endings in the fat cells and prevents them from storing fat or something like that. so fatness level shouldn't affect it. just it won't be as noticeable unless you're already lean maybe?

well that question makes no sense. If you lose any fat in any way it's "perminantly gone", but if your calories in > calories out you'll gain new fat back. there is no perminant way to get rid of fat cause your body is always capable of making new fat in it's place if you're irresponcible.

yeah i was just looking to keep extra fat off during a bulk. Still don't know if that's possible or not. Leaning towards no.

Before when I spent 10 minutes looking I did not find studies on topical applications of capsaicin. I did find a few studies on ingested capsaicin.
