    Canuckers Log **PICS 04/02/08**

    Well i decided it's about time I start a log. I started working out early 07 but then got very distracted with a very needy gf. Well now the bitch is gone and I have a way more understanding SO. I've now been at Pur's routine for a little over a month now. The numbers are low..but oh well. I'm getting there ever so slowly.

    Leg curl (laying down machine :dunno: : 3x100x10

    Db stiff legged : 3x45x8(each leg)

    Leg press (inclined machine): 3x320x10
    I'm guessing this is pointless because it's the same as leg press??? I just like doing it :o

    Went out of town Friday right after work until today. Back at it tomorrow. Probably going to just work out all 5 days and do arms tomorrow and Friday

    Had a 'snow day' today and didn't work. Went to a different gym because its close to home, my usual one is close to my work. Needless to say, no Red Blast today. Not sure if its in my head but i just wasn't feeling it today.Tues - Chest

    Today was a pretty legit day. All the Tri workouts i upped some serious weight. Preacher curls i was a huge pussy though..not sure wtf happened there.
