Past 2 leg days, I've been doing glute ham raises.

Any of you bro's incorporate them into your squats?

These suck, but i love the burn

Not sure what incorporating them into squats would mean, but GHRs are probably one of the best hamstring exercises.

I've only been to 1 gym that ever had a GHR, and every time I went I took advantage of it to destroy my hams

you can also a flat bench into the power rack, set the bar low and load it up with weight. You can then use the shoulder pad on the bar to pad your ankles and just hook your feet under it.
