Im trying to flash my samsung drive using jungleflasher but if i try to use the sammy unlock I get three complete stages then it says device unlock failed or something. If I try the other method I get vendor input failed.

wtf dudes I thought samsung drives were supposed to be easy.

fyi the drive has never been modded previously and is an older xbox.

    Help :x:

In iPrep, did you turn the drive off and back on after one second? The status SHOULD change when you turn it off. Not sure exactly what it changes to, not always the same values.

And you DO turn off/on the drive after you say Yes to the prompt in iPrep? Also, have you tried ejecting the drive, powering it off, pushing the drive in half-way, then turning it back on? I've had this method work only ONCE out of like the 150 that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Don't know why that one drive needed that to be done though. :dunno:

Yeah Ive tried the off/on thing. It doesnt seem to make any difference at all. Its driving me mad.

    Tried that ejecting thing too.

What stages do you use to flash it?

The sticker on the drive says ms25 but JF ect says ms28 if its of any use

Not sure then man. Does the drive work at the moment? Only times I've had a drive "locked" like that was after bad flash attempts when I was trying to spoof Hitachis. Back when I didn't know what the fuck I was doing when spoofing. :mamoru:
