I work out at a relatively small gym where everyone pretty much knows everone. There was this I would assume to be 20 year old who is pretty well built that walks over to the dumbells and picks up two 80's I believe. I don't think anything of it until I notice that hes getting onto the treadmill. The guy sets the dumbells on the side of the track. He then proceeds to turn it up to running speed, bring his body down to grab the dumbells and continue running. As soon as he is up his legs slip from under him and he slams onto the treadmill. He's fine as far as I can tell, and I still can't stop laughing.
