stupid Wizard. its all they talked about was Sinestro. no other story got any recognition. im a Marvel guy at heart so seeing all this DC propaganda just irritated me. now i still have to wait for a trade to read whats going on in GL, but it might have been the best comic decision i made :bigthumb:

Jonah Hex is badass. I was really late for the new series, so I too get to gorge on the stories in bulk

don't listen to any of these chumps, the only book you should be concerned about is Preacher.
    end-of-fucking-story.

Sandman should be at the top of your list. Hands down, without a doubt, the best comic I've ever read.

I couldn't make it past Preacher's 2nd arc. The characters talk way too much, don't have much to say, and what they are saying is cheesy and banal.

The Walking Dead is pretty good; it has its cheesy moments, but for the most part it's enjoyable. Really wish it would move beyond the initial cast of characters though, reading about the same 5 or 6 people for 60 issues can get boring.

Also check out Cerebus, I really enjoyed that as well.

 Getting defensive over Preacher. The scenes between Custer and Tulip are downright painful, where they just talk endlessly about how Custer doesn't respect her as a badass or whatver, as are the scenes at the beginning of the 3rd arc where Custer and Cass are on top of the Empire State Building. And when Ennis tries to write "cool" dialogue, it usually just sounds like something out of a B grade action movie.
