18 years old, I can't squat for shit, I have the worst form ever and I am not flexible enough to bend parallel with proper form, without weights. How can I develop better form and flexibility to squat properly?

Sorry if this is the worst post ever.

just use your bodyweight or just the bar and increase your flexibility by stretching

Do squats without weight with perfect form until you can do 100.

    Then add weight.

I used to squat about 350 but with bad form now I rarely go over 225 and focus on my form...

athletically im way stronger and faster in almost everything I do now.

Wow, there are 58 pages dedicated to the squat alone. I'll have to check this book out when I have the time. I'll probably learn a thing or two or twenty.

Rippetoe's squat form involves having feet out and angled to what seems like a 45 degree angle. I've had plenty of friends (who are a lot stronger and better athletes) tell me that I've gotta get my feet in and straight. Should I just listen to Rippetoe instead?

I'm trying to implement some of the advice from the Rippetoe book, but holy crap this stance feels wide. I probably have some flexibility problems or something, but I've never done squats with my knees this far apart before. :o

I think that example is just to stretch your groin and gain hip mobility.. I doubt Rippetoe has a problem with coming in for closer stance squats.

you can't do it yet cuz the muscles dont exist, do it without weight at home and anytime you can then slowly try to master the form with the bar and before you know it your putting plates on it.

I push out my knees like shown in the pics. Helps me not to lean forward and allows me to go deep everytime.
