I can't seem to be sore the next day after I work out which is upsetting me because I feel like I'm not doing a good enough workout. I do the usual work out (bench, decline, incline, tricept extention on machine, bicept curl bar, curls, isolated curls, pullups, lat pull down, dead lift etc), but I never feel sore the next day ( unless I do legs). Any tips, or do you need more info from my workout? Thanks ahead of time. Sorry if this is a n00b question.
