Hey guys. I've been working out heavily for about 15 months now, and after bulking seriously for 6 months, I've been cutting for about 3. My problem is that I just seem to be hovering around 11-12% bodyfat, and I can't seem to go any lower. I'm currently 6'3, 205, and I've been stuck here for a while now. I've noticed that I'm still increasing on my lifting, when I should be losing some muscle while cutting, correct? Am I lifting too much and then eating too much in return? If so, how should I combat this? By knocking some weight off of my lifting and just maintaining? And input is appreciated!
