I always used water, but rice milk and soy milk are very similar so I don't think it would be a big deal to use the rice over the soy.

I used to mix my orange cream whey with orange juice. It didn't taste bad at all.

I just use as little water as makes it a liquid and pound it down. It isn't there to enjoy!

whey is part of milk. SO I just find it weird you can have whey but not milk. thats it.

it hasn't hurt me yet :dunno: whenever i drink milk, i get severe gas pains and bloatedness in conjunction with my colitis.

after reading the wiki, i would think that it would bother me, so i guess it's something else in milk and milk only that fucks me up

I use water for my post workout shake and Lactaid Milk for my evening shake.

Try water and see how it goes. Depending on time you could also try throwing it in a blender with some fruit and other juice.

That blend mix sounds good. I'd probably throw some fruit in for a bit more flavor and texture.

Lactiad is just a lactose free milk. No real flavors. Not sure what in real milk bothers you, but it might be worth a try. :dunno:
