I have been working out 6-7 nights per week since January 1st. I have lost about 20 pounds and 3-4" off my waist.

I am 5'7" and did weigh 185 (fatass) but I am down to 165 and have been for the past 2 or 3 weeks.

I do 45-60 mins of cardio per night and keep my heartrate around 135-160 (depending on intensity). 3 nights of the week I do a circuit program.

What can I do to lose more weight? I want to lose 15 more pounds and get down to 150.

Also to note, I dont eat fast food or drink pop. I think my diet is OK, but should I start calorie counting or what...Any suggestions would be awesome

When your weight plateus they say to try upping your calories but also upping your workout. This may trick your body....or atleast thats what the magazine thinks may happen.

just maintain for a bit... you've been going at it for awhile, give it a week or two off

weight train with more of a strength focus for the metabolic help, fuck that circuit shit, unless that was your cardio...
