cant get my damn arms past 15 1/2 inches advice

    MY workouts are going good, everything else is developing very nicely and getting bigger, but my arms just wont grow. I tired to do arms less, no results, hitting them more no results, i cant understand it. Some exercises i do for bi's would be: one arm curls, barbell curls, 21's, pulley isolation curls. Tris: French press, one arm cable pull down, 2 arm cable pull down, close grip bench, dips.

    there a pic for reference. Last year i had a big gain went from 14" to what they are now, but then i stopped growing.

    if you gained 1.5" in a year then what's there to complain about?

    maybe i am inpatient, but it seems like my other body parts are growing alot quicker then my arms. My arms have been at 15.5" for at least 5 months.

    Change your routine. I cycle mine and I think it helps.

    I hit em twice a week with an arm day and bi's with back and tri's with chest. I focus more on tri's though and they have gotten bigger that way. You should ask Frank Dux his arms routine, his guns look like they got synthol in them :rofl:

    Have you been putting on weight and your arms are remaining the same?

    thanks for all the replies. No my weight has stayed around the same 180, but i can see i am getting bigger. I have pretty low body fat, so i assuming i am gaining more muscle and losing the little fat i have. I can tell a big difference in my shoulder width, chest and lat development as well as legs, but no bi difference.

    yeah got em from 16 to 17 but my triceps were really weak before and I mainly concentrated on them so i think they mainly got bigger

    thats a pretty good increase. your saying you just hit them 2 times in addition to your bi/back and chest tri days?

    i'm not the one to give advice on this here :rofl: but iirc Timber has said that he also hits his arms twice, one light one heavy

    takes around 15lbs of bodyweight to increase your arm size about a inch.

    i was thinking about it, and i actually have to disagree. I kept track of my measurements along with my weight. I didnt gain 15lbs to gain 1.5" on my arms. I weigh right now about 180-`182. Last year when i had 14" arms i was around 172-175

    not 15lbs of total gain but 15lbs of LBM... you were probably fatter at 172 than you are at 180

    On average.
    At 155 my arms were about 15 1/2". At 185, last year they reached 18" cold. Though this year since I haven't been able to work biceps, just over 17 1/2" was the biggest I got them too even at just under 187". And even though I'm now down to around 180lbs they're 17 3/8".
