MY workouts are going good, everything else is developing very nicely and getting bigger, but my arms just wont grow. I tired to do arms less, no results, hitting them more no results, i cant understand it. Some exercises i do for bi's would be: one arm curls, barbell curls, 21's, pulley isolation curls. Tris: French press, one arm cable pull down, 2 arm cable pull down, close grip bench, dips. there a pic for reference. Last year i had a big gain went from 14" to what they are now, but then i stopped growing.
