Whenever I try to burn a cd using Itunes I get this error message.
"Disc burner or software not found"

I'm sure that my burner is the problem because it's a 4 year old CD/RW burner that only writes at 4x.

Is there anyway I can unprotect the files so I can burn using nero?

It's telling me 'Couldn't get DRM key for user.'

Where do I get this key? :(

Read the docs, you either need an iPod or some way to get the DRM key from your installation.

    I did.

I seem to be doing everything right, but when I try to convert the program crashes and gives me that error. I don't have an ipod, but I'm using windows and it should work right? The songs play fine in Itunes.
